Job Description

We are looking for experienced CNC operators in the Norrköping area. You have good knowledge of CNC and the ability to work shifts, daytime, or permanent night. You will work independently in a team and be responsible for producing the right products on time and with the right quality. Experience in similar work is an advantage. The basic requirements are that you have a vocational education, knowledge of CNC, and several years of work experience in cutting machining and machine operation. You have good skills in reading drawings and measurement techniques. Experience in operating and making adjustments to CNC-controlled machines is required. The position requires you to be quality-conscious and committed to delivering well-executed work. You are a team player with humility, flexibility, and considerate interaction with both colleagues and customers. You work in a structured manner and have a good sense of communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC machines during production
• Perform deep grinding and other machining tasks
• Conduct measurements and interpret drawings accurately
• Be responsible for operator maintenance and quality assurance of production
• Participate in improvement efforts to optimize processes and workflows

Qualifications

• A vocational education with a focus on CNC.
• Several years of experience in CNC operator work and an understanding of all parts of the machine.
• Interest and drive in your work – you always ensure to deliver the highest quality.
• Experience in reading drawings, and you are meticulous, organized, and quality-conscious in your work.
• Forklift and overhead crane licenses
• You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
